Ayurvedic Diet:

The meals served during the treatment are prepared keeping in mind the Ayurvedic guidelines. The food at our center is 'Satvik', low cholesterol and low calorie. Very little oil & spices are used. The vegetables used in the food are freshly picked from our farms where they are grown using Organic methods of Farming. This ensures nutritional values of food. The food here also helps in balancing the Tridoshas. Herbal teas and fresh fruit juices are given.

Accomodation:

Simple cottage style rooms are provided at the Shivpuri Ashram. All the rooms have attached toilets and warm water.  All the rooms have basic facilities.
