Welcome to Shivpuri Ayurveda
Dharmatma Tatyaji Maharaj Memorial Medical Relief Trust was established on May 17th
1976 under registration No. E – 5445 with exemption of Income Tax facility under
80 G.
This trust is a non-profit organization, initiated by dedicated group of disciples of
Paramsadguru Shree Gajanan Maharaj, Shivpuri (Akkalkot) who has ordained
the Vedic message of Agnihotra and Fivefold Path for the upliftment of entire
humanity.
The trust bears the name of His grandfather Shri. Tatyaji Maharaj alias
Purushottamrao; a royal chieftain from Rajim - Raipur area. He was a great exponent of
Ayurveda and had immense intuitive knowledge of this ancient science of healing. He spent
his entire life treating the downtrodden and poor without accepting anything in return.
He served them by giving them free medication.
Keeping the same commitment in mind the trust has been actively involved since
last 32 years in treating the economically backward and poor from this draught
stricken area of Akkalkot.
SHIVPURI, is a holy ashram, from where the eternal Vedic message of AGNIHOTRA, is
being propagated throughout the world. This holy ashram is full of positive vibrations
and healing and just feeling the vibrations here is a healing not only for the body but
also for the soul. In this peaceful and serene YADNYA atmosphere, is situated our
Ayurvedic center.
Our institute Dharmatma Tatyaji Maharaj Memorial Medical Relief Trust's Ayurvedic
Diagnostic and Panchkarma Center, is located within the precint's of theis Holy Land.
The Ayurvedic hospital started in the year 1976. It was begun for providing authentic
Ayurvedic cure for all. We, here at the center, believe that Ayurvedic medicine, has to
be for everyone not just a few who can afford it. So to provide classical Ayurvedic
therapies and medicines for the needy and poor, we decided to begin our center to help
the people in this zone.
The unique concept of Swasthya Ayurveda has been developed in the Ashram of
Shivpuri. The Ayurveda center in Shivpuri runs on this concept.
The Panchkarma Unit was started to subsidise the charitable activity.
All the money raised through the Panchkarma Package's goes to the charitable
cause.
